When you book an inspection or ask for a callback, we collect your name, phone number, street address and town, and anything you choose to add, like your email, roof details, or notes. If you call, text, or email us, we receive your number or address and what you send.

Our website host automatically processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don't use advertising cookies or track you across other websites.

How we use it

• To schedule and confirm your inspection and send you your photo report and estimate
• To call or text you about your appointment or your project
• To provide warranty service and keep job records

We don't sell your personal information or share it for advertising.

Text messages

If you check the box to receive texts, we'll send appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We don't share your mobile number with anyone for marketing.

Who else handles it

Service providers who help run our business, like our website host, email and texting providers, and scheduling software, process information only on our behalf. With your permission, we may share inspection photos and reports with your insurance company. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep job records for as long as your warranty lasts and as required for normal business and tax records. You can ask us to delete information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@example.com or calling (555) 555-0142. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. Because we don't track you across websites, this site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Our services are for homeowners, and this site isn't directed to children under 13.
