Yes. Inspections for homeowners are free, with no obligation. You get photos and a written report either way, even if the answer is that your roof has years left.
Will you pressure me into a new roof?
No. Dan shows you photos of what he finds and tells you plainly whether you need a repair, a replacement, or nothing at all. Plenty of our inspections end with “you're fine for now.”
How soon can you come out?
Usually within two business days. If water is coming in, call and we'll get a tarp on the same day.
Do I need to be home?
Not usually. We can inspect the roof from outside and send you photos. If you'd like us to check the attic too, pick a time when you're home.
Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. After storm damage we document everything with dated photos, send you a report for your claim, and can meet your adjuster on the roof. Your policy decides what's covered, and we'll be straight with you about what we see.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed and carry liability and workers' compensation insurance. We'll send the certificates before any work starts.
What warranty do I get?
Every replacement comes with our 10-year workmanship warranty on top of the manufacturer's shingle warranty. Repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty.
