Luke Paterno

The website that pays for itself with one job.

When a roof leaks or a storm rolls through, homeowners in your town search for a roofer. I build the site that gets you the call and the inspection. It costs $1,000, and you see your homepage free before you pay.

Homepage of the Calder Ridge Roofing demo site: a blue two-story house with a dark shingled roof, the headline Know exactly what your roof needs. Free., a Book my free inspection button, a 4.9 star Google rating, and a card asking what is going on with your roof, with four choices for booking a free inspection

This is the real demo site. Click through every page and try booking a free roof inspection.

It should make you more than it costs. Run your numbers.

$10,000
1 job

Year one cost is $1,000 for the site plus 11 months of hosting at $97 ($2,067). These are your numbers, not a promise of results.

What the site costs in year one$2,067
New work it brings in$120,000
You come out ahead by $117,933

The whole first year is covered after 1 job. That's about $58 in new work for every $1 the site costs.

$0

$1,000

once for the full site, $500 upfront and $500 at launch.

About $3 a day

keeps it hosted, backed up, and updated after that.

Four ways it brings in the work

  • Found in every town you serve

Roof replacement, repair, and storm damage each get their own page, and so does every town you work in, so Google has something to show homeowners nearby.

  • One tap to call

A homeowner with water coming through the ceiling wants a roofer now. A call button stays on screen on every phone, so nobody hunts for your number.

  • Quotes while you work

Inspection and estimate requests come in day and night, even while you're up on a roof and can't pick up.

  • Proof that closes the sale

Before-and-after roof photos, your Google reviews, and your license, insurance, and manufacturer certifications sit up top, so homeowners trust you with a big job.

Hosting and updates

$97 a month

Hosting, backups, and up to an hour of changes each month, like new roof photos or a storm season banner.

Your first month is included with the site.

You see it before you pay

  1. I send your free mockup

Give me your roofing company name and the town you work out of. Your homepage mockup arrives within a few days.

  2. You decide

Like it? Pay $500 and send your roof photos, services, and license and insurance details. If not, you owe nothing.

  3. Live in 10 days

You review the full site, I make your changes, and it goes live on your domain. The other $500 is due at launch.

I already have a Facebook page. Why a website?

Facebook reaches people who already know you. A homeowner searching Google for a roofer after a leak or a storm mostly sees websites and Google profiles. And before they trust someone with a five-figure roof, they want to see a real company with its own site, its license and insurance, and photos of finished work.

How much do I have to do?

Very little. Text or email me your services, the towns you cover, photos of roofs you've finished, and your license and insurance info. I handle the rest, including changes after launch, so you can stay on the job.

Do I own the site and the domain?

Yes. You buy the domain in your own name for about $15 a year, and I'll walk you through it. The site is built for your roofing company and stays yours.

Can the site help with storm damage and insurance work?

Yes. I build a storm damage page that explains how you inspect a roof after hail or wind, document the damage with photos, and work alongside the homeowner's insurance claim. People searching after a storm find a clear next step instead of a generic page. It only says what you actually do, so you never promise a claim outcome you can't control.

Can homeowners book an inspection on the site?

Yes. The inspection request form asks what they need, where the house is, a good time, and how to reach them, then sends it straight to your email. You can try the same flow on the demo site.

Can you guarantee more customers?

No honest builder can. What I can do is make sure everyone who looks you up sees your best work, your reviews, and an easy way to reach you.

About me

Hi, I'm Luke Paterno.

I'm a marketing student at West Chester University, and I've been designing websites for six years. I build every site myself, so you work with me from the first mockup to launch day, not an agency.

Most roofing websites look fine and do nothing. I build yours around one goal: more calls and more booked inspections.
