Privacy Policy
Effective October 18, 2026
This policy explains what information paterno.pro collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. paterno.pro is run by Luke Paterno, who builds websites for roofing companies.
Information I collect
- What you send me. When you use the mockup request form, I collect your name, email address, business name and town, and anything you write in the message box. If you call, text, or email me, I receive your phone number or email address and what you send.
- Technical information. Like most websites, the hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and fix problems.
This site doesn't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking across other websites.
How I use it
- To reply to you and prepare your free homepage mockup
- To provide and support the website services you buy
- To keep the site secure and stop spam
I don't sell your personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.
Who else handles it
A few service providers help run this site and only process information on my behalf:
- Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers form messages to my email.
- Google provides my email inbox and the fonts on this site. Loading the fonts sends your IP address to Google.
- Unsplash serves the photos on the demo website.
I may also share information if the law requires it or to protect my rights or someone's safety.
How long I keep it
I keep your messages as long as I need them to respond to you, work on your project, and keep normal business records. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you by emailing luke@paterno.pro. I'll respond as soon as I can. Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and I won't treat you differently for using them.
Do Not Track
Because this site doesn't track you across other websites, it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
The site uses HTTPS, and I take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data online is completely secure.
Changes
If I update this policy, I'll post the new version here and change the effective date above.
